Ingredients

To grind

  • 3 garlic
  • 5 small onion
  • Ginger
  • Stone flower
  • Clove
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Star anise
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • turmeric powder
  • Green chilli
  • 2 tablespoon curd

Marinate paneer

  • 3/4 cup paneer
  • 1 tablespoon curd
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala

Pulao

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 8 cashews
  • 1/2 Cup rice

Instructions

  • First wash and Soak rice for 20 minutes
  • Mix the ingredients under “ marinate paneer” for 20 minutes
  • Grind ingredients under “to grind” and keep aside
  • Heat ghee and roast cashews; keep aside
  • Add ground masala and saute
  • Furthermore add Rice, water and coconut milk;
