wash and Soak Chana dal
discard water. Cool and grind
Roast cashews and pista in ghee;keep aside
Add ground mixture; saute till color changes and turns dry
cool and pulse
boil water, sugar, cardamom powder and kewda water; till sugar melts
Add orange food color and saffron; boil well
turn down to low flame
add ground Chana dal ; mix well
Add ghee and roasted nuts
cook for 2 minutes
Transfer and cool
Grease hands with ghee and shape laddu
