Ingredients

Cook noodles

  • 180 g kodo millet noodles
  • Water
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • Peanut oil

Cook paneer

  • 175 g paneer
  • 2 tablespoon curd
  • 1/2 tablespoon shahi paneer masala
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Millet Hakka noodles

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 4 garlic
  • 3 tablespoon Onion
  • 1 +1/2 cup mixed vegetables
  • Required salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder

Instructions

  • First combine paneer, shahi paneer masala, curd, and salt; mix well
  • Cook millet noodles in hot water, salt, peanut oil, and garam masala; drain the water and keep aside
  • Heat oil
  • Add garlic and onion, turn translucent
  • Furthermore, add mixed vegetables; saute for a minute
  • Add garam masala, salt and Kashmiri chili powder; saute for 2 minutes
  • Furthermore, add cooked noodles; saute for a minute
  • Cover and keep aside
  • Heat ghee and saute marinated paneer till paneer turns slightly golden brown
  • Add the cooked paneer; cover and keep till you serve
