First combine paneer, shahi paneer masala, curd, and salt; mix well
Cook millet noodles in hot water, salt, peanut oil, and garam masala; drain the water and keep aside
Heat oil
Add garlic and onion, turn translucent
Furthermore, add mixed vegetables; saute for a minute
Add garam masala, salt and Kashmiri chili powder; saute for 2 minutes
Furthermore, add cooked noodles; saute for a minute
Cover and keep aside
Heat ghee and saute marinated paneer till paneer turns slightly golden brown
Add the cooked paneer; cover and keep till you serve
