To grind

Kashmiri chilli powder

tablespoon
curd

cup
coconut milk
Pulao
500
grams
veggies
1
+1/2 cup water
2
tablespoon
ghee
8
cashews
1/2
teaspoon
sesame oil
Instructions
Soak rice for 30 minutes
Grind ingredients under “to grind” and mix with veggies
marinate for 30 minutes
Heat ghee and roast cashews; keep aside
Add veggies, soaked rice, and water; boil
finally add sesame oil; pressure cook for 2 whistles
