2 tablespoon curd
1/4 cup coconut milk
Pulao
500 grams veggies
1+1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon ghee
8 cashews
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
How to make vegetable pulao with step by step pictures
- Soak rice for 30 minutes
- Grind ingredients under “to grind” and mix with veggies
- marinate for 30 minutes
- Heat ghee and roast cashews; keep aside
- Add veggies, soaked rice, and water; boil
- finally, add sesame oil; pressure cook for 2 whistles
