Dry fruits laddu | Dry fruits ladoo | Dates laddu | Nuts and dates laddu | Laddu recipe | ladoo recipe | dry fruits laddu recipe | healthy laddu | dry fruits recipe | Indian sweet laddu recipe is a healthy laddu with mixed nuts and dates.  Healthy nuts laddu for kids, Pregnant women, and of course everyone. Zero sugar dry fruits laddu makes a great mid-morning and mid-evening snack to overcome the sweet addiction.

What makes dry fruits laddu healthy — These laddus are naturally sweetened with dates and packed with healthy fats, fiber, and minerals from nuts. No refined sugar, no deep frying, and minimal ghee make them a nutritious snack for all ages.

Can I make dry fruits laddu without ghee — Yes, you can skip ghee entirely. Dates release natural oils when sautéed, helping the mixture bind well. A tiny amount of ghee only enhances flavor and aroma.

Which nuts work best for dates laddu — Almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pistachios are classic choices. You can also add pecans, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, raisins, figs, or apricots for extra texture and nutrition.

How to make toddler‑friendly dry fruits laddu — Grind the nuts and dates finely so the texture is soft and easy to chew. Shape into small bite‑sized balls for easy self‑feeding.

Why is my dates mixture not binding — The mixture must be warm while shaping. If it cools down completely, reheat it for a few seconds in the microwave or sauté briefly to soften the dates again.

How long can I store dry fruits laddu — They stay fresh for 7–10 days in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer shelf life, refrigerate them.

Can I add coconut to this recipe — Yes, desiccated coconut adds great flavor. Just dry roast it lightly before mixing to avoid moisture.
