Paratha raita pickle- 1-hour dinner 

 Preparation and cooking

  • Keep the avocado at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before kneading
  • Whisk the curd well and add the spice powder; mix well. Refrigerate till you serve
  • Knead the paratha dough well and rest it for 30 minutes
  • Meanwhile, prepare aloo gobi 
  • After pulao and aloo gobi are ready, mix boondi and prepare raita, and serve immediately
