Paratha raita pickle- 1-hour dinner
Preparation and cooking
- Keep the avocado at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before kneading
- Whisk the curd well and add the spice powder; mix well. Refrigerate till you serve
- Knead the paratha dough well and rest it for 30 minutes
- Meanwhile, prepare aloo gobi
- After pulao and aloo gobi are ready, mix boondi and prepare raita, and serve immediately
