Puli sadam aviyal vadam
- Firstly, chop and keep vegetables ready
- Fry vadam and keep it aside
- Keep rice for pulisadam
- If you are going to use frozen coconut, thaw
1-HOUR lunch preparation
- Ground coconut for aviyal
- Fluff the rice for puli sadam and keep aside
- Cook vegetables for aviyal and let it cool
- Prepare puli sadam
- Temper curry leaves for aviyal and add to the aviyal vegetables
- After the veggies are cool add curd and mix well
