Pulissery pappu rasam curry

Meal planning

  • Firstly, Soak moong dal and toor dal for at least one hour in hot water
  • Also, soak dal for rasam separately
  • Chop and keep vegetables and mango ready
  • Keep rice

Lunch cooking 

  • Pressure cook rasam dal and keerai pappu dal  in two cooker separators
  • Grind coconut for pulissery and prepare mor kuzhambu
  • Cook beans and kovakkai in cooker separator and drain excess water
  • Roast and grind rasam powder
  • Cook spinach, use tamarind paste and prepare pappu
  • Cool kovakkai and prepare poriyal
  • Meantime, use tamarind paste and prepare rasam
  • Use thengai podi and prepare beans poriyal
