Ingredients
5 Red chilli
1 garlic
5 small onion
Small Lemon size Tamarind
Water
Salt
Jaggery
1+1/2 tablespoon Sesame oil
How to make pacha puli chutney with step-by-step pictures
- add red chili, garlic, small onion, tamarind, and water; soak for till tamarind comes soft press
- Transfer to a mixie jar
- Add jaggery and salt; grind
- Furthermore, add extra water if you need smooth chutney
- heat oil; add and mix. Serve after resting for sometime
