No, it gives the perfect texture and taste for the atta halwa. Traditionally wheat is roasted till it turns brown with a nutty flavor

    Can I add milk?

Traditionally water is used but you can use milk for cooking. In that case, use milk and sugar; mix well

    Can I increase sugar?

Yes, adjust the sugar according to your sweetness.

    Cashew or raisins?

Yes, you can add according to your preference for temple prasadam it is not added.

    Can I add food color?

Not added traditionally but you can add according to your preference

    Can I use jaggery?
