Pulissery pappu rasam curry
Meal planning
- Firstly, Soak moong dal and toor dal for at least one hour in hot water
- Also, soak dal for rasam separately
- Chop and keep vegetables and mango ready
- Keep rice
Lunch cooking
- Pressure cook rasam dal and keerai pappu dal in two cooker separators
- Grind coconut for pulissery and prepare mor kuzhambu
- Cook beans and kovakkai in cooker separator and drain excess water
- Roast and grind rasam powder
- Cook spinach, use tamarind paste and prepare pappu
- Cool kovakkai and prepare poriyal
- Meantime, use tamarind paste and prepare rasam
- Use thengai podi and prepare beans poriyal
