If pumpkin is well blended, filtering is optional. I usually don’t filter.

The shelf life of the juice

The juice tastes best when you consume it immediately. Refrigerate and consume within a day.

10 mint leaves-inch ginger

Water as requires

Juice of half lemon

Required salt

Pepper

Cumin seeds

How to make white pumpkin juice with step-by-step pictures

  • Add pumpkin, ginger, required salt, lemon, and mint leaves; grind well

  • Furthermore, add a little water and grind 

  • Add water according to your preference

  • crush pepper and cumin and sprinkle on top

  • Optionally serve with mint leaves
