3/4 cup beetroot
2 tablespoon onion
Red chilli flakes
2 garlic

1/4 cup water
Pasta
25 g paneer
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cheese

how to make beet pasta with step by step pictures
- First, add pasta, water, Italian seasoning, salt, olive oil in a separator
- Add beets, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes, almonds, and water in another separator
- Pressure cook for 2 whistles
- Mix pasta well and keep covered
- Cool beets and add paneer
- grind with 1/2 cup of milk
- add cooked pasta along with water , pasta sauce, Italian seasoning , salt and 1/2 of milk; cook for 5 minutes
- add cheese and turn off the stove
