2 Green chilli
1 teaspoon biryani masala
1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon ghee
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon garam masala
Turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon biryani masala
1+ 1/2 cup cabbage
1 cup +1/2 cup water
how to make cabbage peas pulao with step-by-step pictures
- First, Wash the rice well and soak it for 20 minutes
- Add ghee to a pressure cooker
- turn on the stove to medium flame and heat the ghee
- Furthermore, add cabbage, green chill,i and ginger garlic paste; saute for 1 minute
- add frozen peas, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala
- Furthermore, add biryani masala; saute for 1 minute
- add curd and mix well
- Furthermore, Add coconut milk, rice, and water; bring to boil
- add sesame oil; quickly mix and make sure nothing stuck to the pan
- pressure cook for 2 whistles and do a natural pressure release
