Ellu Sadam Moru curry Potato fry - lunch combo Preparation
Quick 30 minutes lunch
- Keep rice and fluff them
- Chop potato and keep aside
- Saute sesame seed, red chilli, pepper, urad dal, and roasted peanuts for ellu sadam
Ellu sadam
- Pulse the ellu sadam powder and keep aside
- Do the tempering in sesame oil
- Mix rice, tempering, and ground ellu powder; serve after a few hours

- Mix curd and water, prepare a frothy buttermilk
- Do the tempering with coconut oil, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, fenugreek powder, and ginger powder
