What kind of milk should I use?
I always use cow’s milk. Never experimented with other varieties of milk. Use whole fat or 2% milk. Avoid 1 %.
cocoa powder to use?
I used 100% unsweetened cocoa. If you are using sweetened cocoa adjust the sugar accordingly.

Use chocolate chips or grated chocolate. I have used semi-sweet chocolate chips. You can also use dark chocolate.
Whisk well
always mix well all the ingredients for even mixing. I prefer using a whisk as it helps for smooth blending.
can I microwave hot chocolate?
yes, but boiling on the stovetop makes it flavorful.
how to make Italian hot chocolate
An Italian version of hot chocolate is thick and silky. Increase the chocolate and add little cornstarch.
