Ingredients 

Pressure cook

1 raw banana

1 nendran

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 cup water

1/2 tsp pepper

2 green chilli

1 tsp salt

To grind

1 cup coconut, heaped 

3 green chilli

1 tsp cumin seeds

2 tbsp + 1/2 cup curd

To temper

1 tbsp coconut oil

Red chilli

Curry leaves 

1 tsp mustard seeds

Katti kalan

Water

Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Heat coconut oil
