HOW LONG SHOULD I SOAK RICE?
If you plan to cook pulao in the pan, soak it for 30 minutes. For pressure cooker pulao, soak rice for about 20 minutes. Adjust the soaking time according to the variety of rice you use. For IP version skip soaking
Vegetables for paneer mint Pulao
Yes, you can add vegetables like carrot,corn, capsicum, mushroom, beans, etc for pulav.
Can i skip marination?
It makes paneer flavorful and stays soft for house together
CAN I COOK paneer PULAO IN OIL?
using ghee is optional but it gives the pulav a good flavor. You can use oil for cooking and add a few drops of ghee for aroma.

3/4 cup paneer

1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
Pulao
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon ghee
1/4 cup coconut milk
8 cashews
How to make Pudhina paneer pulao with step by step pictures
- First wash and Soak rice for 20 minutes
- Mix the ingredients under “ marinate paneer” for 20 minutes
- Grind ingredients under “to grind” and keep aside
- Heat ghee and roast cashews; keep aside
- Add ground masala and saute
- Furthermore add Rice, water and coconut milk; boil
- Add marinated paneer; don't mix
- Pressure cook for 2 whistles
- Fluff the rice and add roasted cashews
