Mor Kuzhambu recipe

I love curd-based recipes and have posted many yogurt-based recipes in TMF.  When it comes to Mor kuzhambu variety, I usually prepare a version with ground coconut-like Vendakkai mor kuzhambu, mambazha mor kuzhambu, paruppu Urundai Kuzhambu, thenga aracha Kuzhambu. This Pachai Mor Kuzhambu recipe is without coconut.

can I skip onion and garlic?

it gives a nice flavor to the kuzhambu so I would recommend you skip it according to your taste

Can I add vegetables to Spiced buttermilk curry?

yes, you can add veggies of your choice.

should I use sour curd?

it depends on your preferred taste. I generally use slightly  use curd

Can I prepare pachai Mor Kuzhambu as a rice accompaniment?

Yes, Pachai Mor Kuzhambu with Paruppu Rasam, potato fry / seppankizhangu fry / beans Paruppu usili is our family favorite combo.
