I have used bow-tie pasta but you can use any pasta of your choice. Cook according to pasta package instruction.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic
1/4 cup onion
1 spring onion
Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon capsicum
2 cashews
salt
1 tablespoon peas
25 g paneer
1 broccoli
135 g pasta
water
how to make broccoli pasta with step-by-step pictures
- First, Heat oil
- Add garlic, onion, spring onion, cashews and capsicum; roast well
- furthermore add broccoli, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper powder, and peas; saute well
- turn off and transfer
- Add paneer and cool
- add water, salt and Italian seasoning; boil well
- cook pasta and transfer it to a colander
- drizzle oil
- Grind the cool veggies with pasta water
- transfer to a pan
- furthermore, add cooked pasta; saute for 2 minutes
- top with seasoning and red chilli flakes serve hot
