1/4 cup moong dal
1 teaspoon Grated ginger
1 Big tomato
Coriander and curry leaves
Green chillies
Asafoetida
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 cup + 3/4 cup Water
Fenugreek seeds
Dal
1 cup water
Asafoetida
1 teaspoon salt
Coriander and curry leaves
Lemon juice
Temper
1 tablespoon ghee
Red chilli
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Green chilli
1 teaspoon cumin seeds

how to make No onion No garlic Dal fry with step-by-step pictures
- first, Wash and soak toor dal and moong dal
- Add all the ingredients under “pressure cook”; cook for 4 whistles and Simmer for 1 minute
- furthermore Add water, salt, coriander leaves, and curry leaves; boil well
- Heat ghee
- Splutter mustard seeds
- Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, red chilli, green chilli, and asafoetida; roast and transfer
- Finally, Add lemon juice; serve
