    Why tahini paste for cookies 

    cookies are made using tahini, a paste made from ground sesame seeds, which adds a unique flavor and texture to the baked goods. Tahini itself has a rich, nutty taste and a creamy consistency, making it a versatile ingredient in various recipes.

    Yes, adjust according to your sweetness. If you are planning to increase the rose syrup, reduce milk accordingly 

    REPLACEMENT FOR rose SYRUP?

    You can use coconut nectar, apple syrup, brown rice syrup, agave syrup, or maple syrup instead of rose syrup. You can also use powdered sugar in that case increase milk for binding.

    CAN I MAKE EGGLESS COOKIES ON THE STOVE?

    Heat a wide non-stick pan on a small burner, and turn on the stove to very low heat.  Place cookies in the pan about 1 inch apart (avoid overlapping) and cover with a lid. Allow the cookies to cook in a pan over low heat for 13-16 minutes. The cookies are done when they are crisp on the bottom and just set on top. They will look slightly underdone but set as they cool.

    No, homemade ground almond with ooze out the oil. Store-bought almond flour works best for the recipe. I have used Kirkland almond flour

    SHELF LIFE OF  rose sesame COOKIES?

    cookies stay good for 2 weeks at room temperature. Since cookies don't have egg/milk or dairy they stay good for a longer time

    ROSE SYRUP-BASED RECIPES

    Ingredients 

    1 cup almond flour

    1/4 teaspoon baking powder 

    3 tablespoon rose syrup

    1 tablespoon + 1/2 tablespoon tahini paste

    Pinch of salt

    1/2 tablespoon milk 

    Little ghee

    Sesame seed 

    How to make sesame tahini cookies with step-by-step pictures

    • First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
    • Line the baking tray with parchment paper
    • Grind Almond flour and baking powder into fine powder

    • Transfer to a wide mixing bowl

    • Add a pinch of salt, rose syrup, tahini paste, and milk; mix well

    • Grease the cookie scoop with little ghee

    • Scoop and level; transfer 

    • Roll and flatten

    • Sprinkle sesame seeds

    • Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool and enjoy
