Always chill heavy cream
Never use room temperature heavy cream as it might curdle. Chill heavy cream works best.
Stiff peaks
Whisk well till you get stiff peaks for the best ice cream. I used an electric stand mixer. You can also use a hand mixer. using a whisk might be too much of an effort.
Room temperature Condensed milk
Always use one whole can of condensed milk as it gives perfect taste and texture. I have used room temperature condensed milk. You can also use the condensed milk from the fridge.
Tips to freeze
Use a safe freezer box to avoid churns. Always freeze at least for 6 hours then consume
Tips to serve
Thaw the ice cream for at least 5 mins then scoop and serve. You can bath the ice cream scoop in hot water; wipe the water then scoop.
