Considering my kids' spice, I used less chilli powder. Adjust according to your spice level.

Peanuts tend to turn into oil when ground, so I crushed the peanuts

1 tablespoon peanut oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon urad dal
1 teaspoon chana dal
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 cup onion
4 garlic
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Turmeric powder
200 grams of green beans
Required salt
water
3 tablespoon crushed roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon chilli powder
3 tablespoon coconut
How to make Andhra-style beans curry with step-by-step pictures
- First , temper the ingredients mentioned under “To Temper.”
- Add onions, sesame seeds, and garlic; saute till they turn translucent
- Furthermore, add turmeric powder; mix well
- Add beans and sauté over medium-high flame for 3 minutes.
- Furthermore, add salt and water, cover, and cook until the beans turn soft
- Finally, add coconut and crushed peanuts and cook for 2-3 minutes until aromatic and well roasted
