CAN I COOK VEGETABLE PULAO IN OIL?

Yes, using ghee is optional but gives a good flavor to the pulav. You can use oil for cooking and add a few drops of ghee for aroma.

    Kitchen king masala

I have used no onion no garlic kitchen king masala that my friend gave. If you are making this pulao on fasting days check the ingredients then use masala.
