    Vetrilai Poondu Sadam Peerkangai Kootu Vadam

    • Firstly,  chop ridge gourd
    • Soak Moong dal for 20 minutes
    • cook rice and fluff the rice gently, keep aside
    • fry vadam
    • roast and grind required ingredients for “ vetrilai Poondu Sadam”
    • cook dal and ridge gourd in two cooker separators

    1- hour weekday lunch preparation

    • Do tempering, add betel leaves, ground powder, pepper- cumin powder, and sauté for a minute
    • mix rice and serve after few minutes
