Dry fruits burfi | Oats and Nuts burfi | Dates burfi | nuts burfi is prepared with oats, nuts and dates. I have used dates for the sweetness and this is Zero sugar cake. Dates katli is a filling guilt free mid-morning and evening snacks.

In the month of April, 25 recipes of mine got published in a Tamil magazine. I prepared this burfi for that. I usually have recipes in my draft for ages and post in random order.

Should sweets always be guilty pleasure? My sweet tooth always asks for sweet but sugar alarms me. I started experimenting with honey and Dates. Eggless Dry fruit and nuts cake, sugarless jam , oats Banana bar and nuts and Dates ball are my few posts/ to be posted experiment

Loaded with nuts and oats, this is not only a great nutritional snack/ mild sweet for adults also yummy treats for kids.
