Mor Kuzhambu Paruppu usili rasam oorugai
Meal planning
- Firstly, Soak channa dal and toor dal for at least one hour in hot water
- Also, soak dal for rasam separately
- Chop and keep beans, tomato, raw mango, and mango ready
- If you are frozen coconut keep it out and thaw
- Keep rice
Lunch cooking
- Pressure cook rasam dal
- Drain the soaked water and ground paruppu usili dal along with red chilli, turmeric powder, salt, and little water into a coarse mixture
- Steam cook the usili dal and cool it
- Wash the mixie and ground coconut for pulissery and prepare mor kuzhambu
- Cook beans and drain excess water
- Meantime, use tamarind paste and prepare rasam
- Do tempering and prepare instant mango pickle
- After the dal is cool, pulse them and prepare paruppu usili
