    Kurunai Adai Peanut chutney - 1-hour weekday tiffin

    • Saute red chilli and garlic and let it cool
    • In a wide pan do tempering and prepare the kurunai adai dough
    • After the dough comes together like a mass cover with a damp cloth and lets it cool
    • Meanwhile in a mixie add the required ingredients for peanut chutney along with toaster red chilli and garlic, ground into Chutney
    • Do tempering and set aside the chutney
    • Heat the dosa Tawa and punch a small portion of the kurunai dough
    • Roll and flatten, once the Tawa is hot use coconut oil and cook on both sides, serve hot
