Mini Gulab Jamun Cheesecake, pressure cooker jamun pudding, gulab jamun cake, best jamun cake, cheesecake with gulab jamun, crustless cheesecake, best Indian fusion cake. Tasty fusion cake with cardamom and saffron flavor.

    jamun cheesecake

Cardamom and saffron make this jamun cake so flavorful. It is perfect for birthday parties and special occasions.

    Cream cheese

Always use room temperature cream cheese. Original cream cheese without any flavor works best for this recipe. Make sure you mix the cream cheese well before adding other ingredients.

What kind of flavors can I add to Eggless Indian fusion cheesecake?

I like cardamom flavor and saffron in my gulab jamun,so I used both for the cake recipe. You can include flavors like  Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, etc., or rose essence

    Heavy cream

chill heavy cream blends well and give best flavor. It is also known as fresh cream or heavy whipping cream. Fat in the cream gives the texture and taste so avoid substituting

    jamun for the cake

Make sure the jamun is not hot, as it might curdle the cheese mixture. Drip the excess sugar syrup. Jamun should be well soaked but not dripping.

    Which biscuit works best

I used Parley G. You can use any biscuit layer. The amount of butter might vary based on that. Avoid tightly pressing the biscuit layer otherwise, that layer might become hard to chew.

the amount of jamun for cheesecake

depends on individual preference. Adjust the quantity according to your taste

    Why silicone mold

It will have less moisture also helps for easy unmolding.

    Pressure cooker version

Avoid the biscuit layer for the pressure cooker version. Always use a stainless steel dhabba with a lid. Grease with ghee for easy unmolding

    Tips to unmold

Always rest the cheesecake for a few hours then unmold
