    South Indian lunch combo 

    • Firstly,  chop and keep all vegetables and fruits  ready
    • Soak dates for burfi 
    • Roast nuts and let them cool
    • If you are using frozen coconut thaw them 

    Pressure cook

    • Rice
    • Toor dal and radish for sambar
    • potatoes 

    Grinding 

    • Pulse nuts for Dry fruits halwa
    • Grind dates with soaked water for Dry fruits halwa
    • Saute and grind ingredients for Arachuvitta sambar

    Tempering

    • Cashews and raisins  ghee for Kalyana Kesari
    • Raisins ghee for burfi
    • Mustard seeds, red chilli, and cumin seeds in ghee for Rasam
    • Urad dal, mustard seeds, and red chili in coconut oil for Asparagus  poriyal

    South Indian lunch combo

    Arachuvitta sambar 

    • Temper and saute onions, cooked radish
    • Add sambar powder,  tamarind paste, water, and other required ingredients for sambar; boil 
    • Furthermore, add the ground sambar paste  and boil
    • Finally, add dal and boil

    Milagu seeraga rasam

    • Boil tamarind, tomatoes, salt, and other ingredients and boil till tamarind raw smell goes off
    • Add pepper cumin powder and bring to a frothy boil
    • Finally, add the tempering and turn off the rasam

    Potato Fry

    • Peel the potato and roughly chop them
    • Do tempering and add the required ingredients, saute potato in low flame

    Asparagus poriyal

    • Cook Asparagus with required salt and little water and  till they turn tender
    • Add coconut and tempering and mix well

    Kalyana Kesari

    • Saute rava and let it cool
    • Microwave sugar water
    • Cook rava with required water
    • Furthermore, add sugar and add ghee, and oil and prepare Kesari
    • Finally, add the tempering

    Dry fruits halwa

    • Cook dates  puree, then add sugar and melt
    • Furthermore, add nuts and cook till they turn into halwa consistency

    Sweet pachadi

    • Prepare one string sugar syrup and make sweet pachadi
