    White chocolate fudge recipe

I love simple recipes like this that use minimal ingredients and don't involve a lot of cooking. I like condensed milk as it makes cooking super easy and tasty. If you have a sweet tooth like me this 2 ingredients white chocolate fudge recipe will be your favorite. Put everything into the bowl, microwave, and then stir yes the fudge mixture ready. All have to do is transfer into a baking tray, cool, and cut- our white chocolate fudge recipe is ready😊

Can I cook white chocolate fudge on the stovetop?

Yes, you can prepare these 2 ingredients white chocolate fudge recipe on a stovetop. Cook till white chocolate melts. White chocolate mousse and white forest cake are my other favorite white chocolate-based recipes.

Soft ball stage cooking for white chocolate fudge?

The cooking time may vary slightly depending on your microwave setting. Cook just till the white chocolate is completely melted. Drop a small portion of the Fudge mixture into a glass containing cold water, if you can easily form a soft ball then the fudge mixture is in the right stage. If you don't cook till the chocolate is completely melted or soft ball stage fudge will turn chewy. Overcooking might result in a hard ball which will give a hard fudge. Also try Mango fudge, butterscotch fudge .

Can I cut the white chocolate fudge immediately?

No, fudge needs to cool for at least a few hours until it turns firm. I keep it overnight. You must chill the fudge for at least 3 hours or until it becomes firm and easy to slice. I like to chill overnight. I prefer storing chocolate fudge in the fridge. Always cut only after it turns firm

Can I add dry fruits or nuts to be fudge?

Yes, follow the base recipe and play with your flavors. If you feel white chocolate fudge is extremely sweet use cranberry, black raisins to balance the flavor. You can also use almonds or other nuts like butterscotch fudge. Caramel sauce or some fruit glaze can also be added.

Why my fudge is not set?

To make a perfect white chocolate fudge

    • Always use fresh white chocolate chips
    • I prefer using chill condensed milk as it thick (not runny like room temperature fresh tin).
    • Cook the fudge to the right consistency and always cut only after it turns firm.
    • Consume the fudge after 12 hours for the best result.

    Notes

    1. Adding sprinkle is optional
    2. You can add cranberry, raisins, or any nuts of choice
    3. Use condensed milk stored in the fridge for best results. If you are using a new can of condensed milk, refrigerate for a few hours until it turns thick, and then make fudge
    4. Avoid cooking the condensed milk- white chocolate chips for a long time as it will affect the fudge texture
    5. Also, cook till the chocolate chips completely melt, else fudge won't set
    6. Cut the fudge only after it is well set/ firm
    7. After cutting the Fudge always keep the fudge overnight or for 12 hours and then consume for the best texture. Avoid tasting immediately
